The hostel is on a quieter side street off Yaowarat, offering a calm base while being just a short walk from the markets, street food, and nightlife of Chinatown. Wat Mangkon MRT (Blue Line) is roughly 10 minutes on foot, and the Ratchawong pier (ferry to Wat Arun and ICONSIAM, operating from 5 AM) is a 2-3 minute walk. Don Mueang International Airport is 26 km away; a metered taxi or Grab is the most practical transfer option. Street food, 7-Eleven, and several cafés are within a 2-minute radius.

The property has two buildings: one with shared bathrooms (no lift) and one with private bathrooms and a lift. Deluxe rooms in the private-bathroom building come with a balcony and city views. Standard and deluxe twin rooms in the shared-bathroom building offer two single beds, tiled floors, soundproof walls, and a seating area. A large suite (1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) is available for groups. Air-conditioning is provided; in some rooms it operates only with the key card inserted. Road-facing or shared-bathroom rooms can be noisy due to thin walls and street sound. Rooms without windows are possible if no 'city view' option is selected. Some rooms have a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, and kitchenware. Bedding is standard; firm mattresses are typical. Ants and sewage smells have been noted in some shared bathrooms and rooms, especially on lower floors.

No full restaurant or cooked breakfast is offered. Guests have access to a shared kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, and shared fridge on the first floor, but no stove. The surrounding Chinatown area is packed with street food stalls (Yaowarat Road), cafés, and restaurants serving Thai, Chinese, and international cuisine, all within a 5-minute walk. Jumbo Lobster Restaurant and Starbucks at Grand China Hotel are 0.5 km away.

Luggage storage is free, available from 8:00 AM (or from 7:30 AM) during reception hours Monday-Saturday; storage is not available on Sundays after 3:00 PM. Key card and key access provide security; CCTV covers common areas and the exterior. A shared fridge and free water dispenser are on the first floor. Dry cleaning is available for an additional charge. No pets are allowed. The shared kitchen has a microwave, kettle, and cookware but no stove or knives. The private-bathroom building has a lift; the shared-bathroom building does not. Housekeeping is not automatic - request room cleaning and sheet changes if needed.
