The property is situated directly on Bangkok's most famous nightlife street, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. For daytime sightseeing, the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, and other landmarks are within walking distance. Phra Athit Pier provides river transport, and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 34 km away - a taxi costs roughly 500 THB by meter. Due to the street's party atmosphere, noise levels are very high from evening until early morning.

Rooms are compact and functional. Each unit includes a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, towels, and a safety deposit box. Double rooms have one bed; twin rooms have two. There are no balconies. Some rooms are located in sections without a lift, requiring stair access - guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns should request a lower floor. The windows are single-glazed, so external noise from the street penetrates the rooms; this is a key consideration for light sleepers.

Continental breakfast is available for 250 THB per person at the coffee shop, which also offers other drinks and bakery items. The immediate area on Khao San Road is filled with numerous bars, restaurants, and street food stalls offering a wide variety of Thai and international options for other meals.

The rooftop pool is free for guests and comes with a pool bar and towels provided. The sun terrace offers views over the area. Note that there is no spa, fitness centre, or other wellness facilities on site. The pool may occasionally be closed for maintenance; alternative pool access at a neighbouring venue has been offered in the past.
