LE CINQUE LAMPADE FLORENCE SUITES, Florence

The location is the property's strongest feature. Piazza del Duomo di Firenze is only a minute away, and the Uffizi Gallery is less than a kilometre on foot. Several local bus routes connect directly to the train station and major sites, so car use is not needed for sightseeing. A Carrefour Express supermarket is a short walk for daily supplies, and a nearby ice-skating rink provides additional leisure. The area is safe and well connected by public transport.

Each suite is air-conditioned and comes with a private bathroom featuring a shower. All rooms include a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, and kitchenware; select suites add a dishwasher. Unit sizes vary: options include one-bedroom for two people, a one-bedroom with a living room and sofa bed, and a two-bedroom version sleeping up to five. Beds are described as very comfortable, and the soundproof windows keep out street noise even on busy lanes. The furniture and decor are modern and clean, with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TVs in every room.

The apartments are not equipped with a restaurant or bar, but the kitchenette in each suite allows for self-prepared meals. A Carrefour Express is just a few steps away for groceries. For eating out, numerous dining options are within a short walk: Bar Pucci and Panini Toscani are 0.5 km away, Trattoria Za Za and Trattoria Mario are 0.5 km, and several other cafes and pizzerias surround the area. The hosts can provide restaurant recommendations and assist with reservations.

The property does not have its own wellness facilities, spa, or pool. For leisure, an ice-skating rink is located in the vicinity, making it a convenient option for families or groups looking for an activity outside the main sightseeing circuit.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The property offers luggage storage at no extra charge - bags can be dropped off before check-in and collected after check-out. Family rooms are available, and a high chair can be provided on request. Safety features include key card access, a safe deposit box, and fire extinguishers. An electric vehicle charging station is on site. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional cost. The hosts communicate via WhatsApp and can assist with restaurant bookings, taxi orders, and parking arrangements at the affiliated garage (€35/day, reservation required). Note: the suites do not have a washing machine.
