The apartment sits on a quiet courtyard inside a typical Parisian building, yet is steps from lively streets with bakeries, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket. Two metro stations are within a few blocks, and line 12 connects directly to Place de la Concorde and Madeleine Church in under 30 minutes from Gare de Lyon. From Orly Airport, the property is 18 km away; a paid airport shuttle can be arranged. The neighbourhood is safe at night and well served by both metro and bus lines, making a car unnecessary for most stays.

Each apartment has a living room, one separate bedroom and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware and basic spices. Linens, towels and slippers are provided, and a washing machine and dryer are available on request. The largest unit, "appartement sur cour", sleeps up to 7 people with 5 or 6 beds and is the most comfortable for larger groups. All apartments have ironing facilities, a dining table, dressing area, flat-screen TV and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms with grab rails. Windows open onto the courtyard, keeping the apartments quiet and cool; electric fans are supplied for warmer weather.
