Châtelet-Les Halles station (RER and Metro) is a 2-minute walk, providing direct RER B service to both airports and central connections. Major sights within walking distance include the Louvre (13 min), Pompidou Centre (5 min), Notre Dame (12 min), and the Seine. The Eiffel Tower is 20-30 minutes by public transport. The area is very active day and night; rooms on Rue Rambuteau can be noisy, especially on weekends, while higher or courtyard-facing rooms are quieter.

All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer; some also include a bath. The double rooms feature a wardrobe, safe, and carpeted floor. A family room with a sofa bed is available. Rooms are compact - luggage may not fit easily on the floor, and the elevator is extremely small (only fits 1-2 people with small bags). Some rooms have a balcony only on the 5th floor. Noise insulation from the street is limited in rooms facing the road, though internal walls are well soundproofed. The lift and spiral stairs are narrow, making the hotel less suitable for guests with mobility issues or large luggage.

Breakfast is a basic continental buffet with bread, pastries, cereal, yogurt, eggs, and bacon. Selection can be limited after 09:30, with items not always replenished. Unlimited coffee and filtered water are available in the lobby for all guests.
