The tram stop is 2-5 minutes away on foot, providing direct access to the centre, the main train station (St-Jean), and Mérignac Airport (40 minutes by Tram Line A). The street itself is quiet, but the surrounding area is packed with restaurants, wine bars, a Carrefour City supermarket, and several bakeries. Most major attractions are within a comfortable walking distance.

The suites are modern, clean, and well-furnished with a seating area, dining table, dressing area, and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and cookware. The bed is a queen size (160x200 cm) on a mezzanine above the kitchen area. Rooms are air-conditioned, with flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and ironing facilities. Some units have a private outdoor terrace. The ground-floor room ('Blanche') is spacious but can be darker and cooler. All accommodation has a private bathroom. The mezzanine layout is compact and best suited for those comfortable with stairs, though a sofa-bed room is available on request for those with mobility concerns.

The breakfast is provided as a generous basket left outside the apartment each morning at a pre-arranged time, allowing you to eat when you choose. It typically includes bread, pastries, butter, jam, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fruit juice, milk, and two fresh eggs to cook.
