The property is about 700 m - a 13-minute walk - from Part-Dieu train station, and the same station carries airport rail services for Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport, 23 km away. Institut & Musée Lumière is 2 km from the apartment, while Musée Miniature et Cinéma and Musée des Confluences are reachable for sightseeing. A supermarket is directly opposite, and pharmacies and everyday shops are close by. Taxis are available immediately outside Part-Dieu station for those with heavy luggage. Arriving by train is particularly straightforward, and most daily errands are walkable.

Each studio has one bed, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette comes with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kitchenware and tea/coffee making facilities. All units have a private bathroom with toilet, sink and hairdryer; only two units have a separate shower, while the others use a shower fitting over the bathtub. There is no balcony. The large spa bath takes up significant floor space in some layouts, making rooms feel compact. Clothes storage is minimal - no wardrobe, mainly hooks - so lighter luggage works better. Some units face a busy street, and sound insulation between rooms is limited. Beds are comfortable in many units, though a few have shorter or slightly sagging mattresses. Interior wear shows mainly around the bathroom and spa area.

There is no on-site restaurant or fixed breakfast service, so meals are self-catered or eaten locally. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kitchenware, electric kettle and tea/coffee maker, and the supermarket opposite makes stocking up simple. For eating out, the surrounding streets offer a practical mix within 0.3-0.5 km: La Billebaude, Gamelle et Timbale, Comptoir 77, Table et Partage and Autour du Monde for sit-down meals, plus Domino's Pizza, Pizza Presto and Kan Food for quick bites. A nearby kebab spot is useful for late or casual meals.

The jacuzzi-style spa bath inside the studio is the property's main leisure draw. It has room for two, a range of jets and a relaxing, colour-lit setting. There is no swimming pool, dedicated wellness centre or gym on site. Practical notes: the spa bath takes time to heat before use, and getting in requires stepping up over the side, so it is less convenient for anyone with limited mobility. The water jets can shed residue in baths that have not been flushed recently, and the high humidity makes ventilation important. Check the jet covers and operating panel at arrival and ask the host for instructions if needed.

Self check-in uses separate door codes for the building, floor and room; the host sends access and hot-tub instructions in advance and remains contactable by phone or message. Luggage assistance is available between 11:00 and 12:30 for early arrivals. Wi-Fi is free throughout, and air conditioning and heating cover the studio. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, CCTV outside the property and smoke alarms. An invoice can be provided, and payment is by Visa or MasterCard.
