LIFE APARTMENTS ALBERTO LISTA, Seville

This historic building designed by Aníbal González is surrounded by lively streets filled with shops, bars, and restaurants. Key landmarks such as the Seville Bull Ring and Torre de Oro Tower are within a 20-minute walk, while Santa Justa Railway Station is 1 km away. The area is quiet for being so central, though the narrow old-town streets make a GPS essential for first-time visitors. A bus stop is nearby, and the central location allows most of the city's attractions to be reached on foot.

The apartments offer spacious layouts with private bathrooms, heating, and air conditioning. Some units feature a terrace, which is a standout feature, but note that terrace apartments are two-bedroom units only bookable directly. Rooms are soundproofed and come with an electric kettle, cookware, and a dining area. While the apartments are generally well-equipped and comfortable, some interior rooms may lack windows and the heating can be insufficient in winter, so those sensitive to temperature or needing natural light should request a room with a window.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, and cookware, making self-catering straightforward. The property does not have a restaurant or bar, but the streets just outside offer a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants, including Perro Viejo Tapas, El Rinconcillo, and La Azotea, all within a 5-10 minute walk. For groceries, supermarkets are also nearby, so stocking up for simple breakfasts or dinners is easy.

In the warmer months, the terrace is a valued spot for enjoying the weather and views. For other leisure needs, the central location places you within walking distance of Seville's main cultural sites and parks.
