LILIUM HOUSE APTS, Rome

The apartment sits in a safe, quiet neighborhood, roughly a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum and Circus Maximus. Metro Piramide station is just around the corner, providing quick access to Termini and other central areas. Roma Ostiense train station is about a 10-minute walk away, with a direct line from FCO Airport. Bus, tram, and taxi ranks are within minutes. A supermarket is right next door, and many restaurants, cafes, and a 24-hour pharmacy are a few steps away. Free private parking is available but must be reserved in advance.

Each apartment is on the ground floor or semi-basement level, with a private entrance, separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom with shower. All include air conditioning, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with stovetop, fridge, microwave, and cookware. Some units add a balcony, garden views, or parquet flooring. The bed configuration varies from 2 to 3 beds, with a sofa bed available for extra guests. Some lower-level apartments may experience dampness and street noise in roadside rooms; rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter. A single mattress can be added to the apartment, subject to availability.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Free private parking on site requires a reservation and can accommodate larger vehicles. A convenience store is located on site. The host offers flexible check-in and is reachable via phone or WhatsApp, providing tips on transport and local dining. Luggage storage is available after check-out. As the apartment is on the ground floor with no elevator, it may not be suitable for those with severe mobility issues. A cleaning service can be requested at the reception.
