The apartment features a dedicated bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size bed (190 x 160 cm) topped with a new orthopedic, hypoallergenic, fireproof memory foam mattress. A large opaque sliding glass door separates the bedroom from the living area for privacy. The living area includes a seating area, a dining table, a sofa bed (the sofa mattress is thinner, better for occasional use), air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has an electric kettle, refrigerator, oven, cookware, and tea/coffee making facilities (no microwave). The private bathroom has a shower with good pressure and plentiful hot water, though the shower is compact. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and free toiletries are provided. The apartment is clean, practical, and well-maintained, with a balcony and a terrace with garden views.

A continental breakfast is offered at an additional charge of €5 per person. There is no restaurant, bar, or meal service at the property. However, Trastevere is famed for its dining scene, with numerous trattorias, pizzerias, and wine bars within a 2- to 5-minute walk, including Trattoria Il Ponentino (0.5 km), Ristorante Carlo Menta (0.5 km), Nannarella (0.5 km), and many more.
