The neighbourhood is lively but the building on the 6th floor offers a quieter retreat from street noise. From the airport, public transport takes about one hour; a paid shuttle service can be arranged.

Each room is individually decorated with different colour schemes. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower, toiletries, and hairdryer. Triple rooms are available: comfort triple rooms have two connecting rooms (one single bed and one matrimonial bed) without a hot tub, while luxury triple rooms offer a hot tub in the room. Some rooms have a balcony with city views. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and electric kettle; tea and coffee are available free of charge. A washing machine is in a common area and can be used. Rooms on the 6th floor are accessible by lift. Street-facing rooms can experience traffic noise; rooms on higher floors or not facing the street are quieter.

The property does not have its own restaurant. Breakfast is served at a partnered café in the same building area, offering a typical Italian breakfast of coffee and a sweet pastry (e.g., croissant).
