LIVE FLORENCE GUEST HOUSE, Florence

The guest house sits in the historic centre of Florence, within easy walking distance of all major landmarks. The Accademia Gallery is just 50 metres away, and Florence Airport is 11 km from the property. The area is packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés, including Antico Caffe Cavour, SandwiChic, and several other dining options within 0.5 km. Despite being in a lively central street, the windows provide effective soundproofing, making the rooms quiet.

Rooms are available as double rooms, triple rooms, and suites. The double rooms feature a wardrobe, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower. Suites offer a separate living room and bedroom, and some rooms include a terrace or balcony with city views. The rooms are noted for being spacious, clean, and quiet. Some layouts have a private bathroom located a few metres from the bedroom rather than en-suite, so check the specific room configuration before booking.

The property does not provide breakfast or an on-site dining facility. Each room includes an electric kettle, so bringing tea or coffee is an option. The surrounding streets have a high concentration of cafés, pizzerias, and restaurants within a short walk - including SandwiCich, Il Desco Bistro, and FirenZEN Asian Noodle Bar & Poke (all within 0.5 km) - making it practical to eat out for all meals.

This guest house does not have a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenities. The main recreational option is the proximity to an ice-skating rink in the surroundings. For other leisure activities, the city centre is immediately accessible on foot.

The property provides a lift, a minimarket on site, and luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. The building is wheelchair accessible, with an emergency cord in the bathroom and a lift to upper floors. Check-in and check-out are handled privately, and the host can communicate via WhatsApp. The entrance has key access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. No parking is available, so using public transport or walking is recommended.
