The hotel is on the northern edge of Florence, outside the limited-traffic ZTL zone, allowing easy car access. The T1 tram stop is a 5-minute walk (trams run until midnight), providing direct service to the city centre in about 15 minutes. Florence Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Firenze Rifredi train station is a 15-minute walk. Frequent buses also connect to the historic centre, exposition centre, and attractions such as the Medici villas and Stibbert Museum. The area is quiet and residential, with several restaurants and a pizzeria within a 5-minute walk.

Standard and family rooms are available, each with a private bathroom (some very compact), flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and carpeted floors. Daily housekeeping is provided, though cleanliness and maintenance have been variable. Air conditioning units exist but can be noisy or underperforming. The building's thin walls mean noise from neighbours and the hallway is easily heard; rooms near the elevator are particularly noisy. No rooms have balconies. For a quieter stay, request a room on a higher floor away from the lift. Luggage storage is available if arriving early or departing late.

Hotel Corolle does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. The only food and drink available on the property are from vending machines (coffee, soft drinks, packaged snacks). Many guests choose to eat out; the surrounding residential area has Italian restaurants, a pizzeria opposite the hotel, and several cafés within a 5-minute walk. The nearest supermarket is also a short walk away for self-catering supplies. No complimentary breakfast is offered, and the vending machine area is open 24/7.
