The studios are located about 12 km from Valencia Airport. The historic Old Town, including Torres de Serranos, is reachable on foot in about 10-15 minutes. A bus stop is within 200 metres, and tram and metro stations are a short ride away, making airport transfers and city exploration easy. Two large supermarkets (Lidl and Mercadona) are within 250 metres. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with several restaurants and bars on nearby streets. For those arriving by car, private parking is available on site for €10 per night, but it cannot be reserved and space is subject to availability.

Each studio is designed for self-contained living, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and basic tableware. Note that kitchen utensils are minimal-one pot, one pan, and a few pieces of cutlery-so travellers planning to cook may wish to bring additional items. The beds are comfortable, with pillows that suit most sleepers. The private bathroom includes a shower; a hairdryer is available on request from reception (loan for one hour). Air conditioning and heating are provided. Noise levels can be high in studios facing the inner courtyard or common areas, especially on weekends. Some units have air-conditioning inconsistencies and windows that do not open fully. Cleaning is not daily; towels and sheets are changed every four days.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast, so guests are encouraged to use the in-room kitchenette for meal preparation. Several supermarkets are within a short walk for groceries. Numerous restaurants and bars are also in the immediate vicinity, including Forn Desamparats, Bar-Restaurante Del Este, and Il Ghiottone Napoletano, all within 300 metres. For coffee and quick snacks, vending machines are located in the common areas.

The rooftop pool is open from 1 May to 30 September and offers a refreshing dip with sun loungers and seating. The fitness centre is well-equipped with modern machines and is generally uncrowded. Guests also have access to a games room and several communal lounges and workspaces. The terrace features a variety of seating options, including beach chairs and benches. The pool is small and shallow, best suited for a quick cool-down, while the fitness centre provides a practical workout space.

A 24-hour reception handles late check-ins and general queries. Free WiFi is strong and stable throughout the building. Laundry facilities are available for an additional fee. Luggage storage is offered free of charge, useful for late departures. The building is secured with card-access lifts and entrance doors; only one key card per room is provided, which controls elevator access. Parking on site costs €10 per day and cannot be reserved, with a vehicle height limit of 2.10 metres. Pets are not allowed.
