The hotel is situated directly in front of the City of Arts and Sciences complex, including the oceanarium and science museum. A bus stop right outside provides direct routes to the city centre (around 20-25 minutes) and the beach, while a metro stop is a short walk around the corner. The Turia park is adjacent, making the walk into town through the park a pleasant option. The El Saler shopping centre is within a minute's walk, and a supermarket is nearby. The area has numerous cafés and restaurants, with several within 300-500 metres. For events at the Roig Arena, the hotel is 900 metres away.
