For those arriving by car, parking is a notable challenge: there is no on-site parking, street spaces are scarce and time-limited, and paid car parks cost around 35 EUR per day. The area is well-connected for walking to attractions like Triana Bridge (3 km), Barrio Santa Cruz (3 km), and the Royal Alcázar (5 km).

The apartment has one bedroom with comfortable beds and a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The private heated indoor pool is a standout feature, but it has practical implications: the pool pump runs continuously, creating a constant low hum that can disrupt sleep, and the indoor pool adds significant humidity to the space. Condensation on walls and wet flooring are common issues; ventilation works best with windows open, but the road-front location introduces traffic noise. The kitchenette includes a full fridge, microwave, and hob, plus a sink and basic utensils. The bathroom is open above the door (partial privacy), and the sink is located outside the toilet area, directly opposite the beds. Humidity from the pool can cause condensation on walls and floors, and the pool area's coloured LED lights cannot be switched off. Despite these factors, the pool has been a highlight for families with children, providing immediate access to swimming and play. The apartment is also close to the river where kayaking and canoeing can be arranged, and Isla Mágica theme park is a 9-minute walk away.

Breakfast is offered for an additional charge of 12 EUR, and in some cases a complimentary welcome selection of croissants, coffee, and sweet items is left for arrivals.
