LOFT SAN SIRO RAFQA FIERA CITY LIFE LOTTO, Milan

The apartment is 2 km from San Siro Stadium and 2 km from Fiera Milano City, making it a practical choice for event visitors. Sforzesco Castle is 5 km away. The area has a high density of cafes and restaurants within 0.5 km, including Pasticceria Bernasconi and La Dolce Vita Cafe. However, the immediate surroundings are described as run-down, and the neighbourhood carries safety concerns, particularly for parked cars. Free public parking is available a few streets away, but theft and vandalism have been reported in that lot. For matches or exhibitions, walking to the stadium is feasible.

The apartment offers 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, and up to 2 bathrooms. The unit includes a washing machine, soundproof walls, tea and coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV. The garden view is pleasant, but the actual condition of the apartment is poor: walls are dirty, sockets are loose or hanging, sofas are stained, bedding and mattresses are worn out, and there is a persistent smell of mould and dampness from the basement location. Bunk bed mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. Hygiene levels are low, with dirty sheets and unclean bathrooms reported. For a short, low-expectation stay (e.g., one night before a match), accommodation is passable, but it is not recommended for families or longer stays.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and tea and coffee maker, allowing self-catering. Several dining options are nearby: La Dolce Vita Cafe and Osteria la Tabina are 0.5 km away, while Pizzeria Forno a Legna and La Pesa Trattoria dal 1902 are within 0.5 km. Pasticceria Bernasconi and Bee Sweet Bakery offer pastries and light meals. No breakfast is provided, but the kitchen and close-by cafes cover morning needs. For dinner, the trattorias offer traditional Milanese dishes within walking distance.

Free high-speed WiFi (tested at 513 Mbps) supports streaming and multiple devices. Free public parking is available off-site a few streets away with no reservation needed-though the area has been flagged as risky for vehicle break-ins. Luggage storage is free, and express check-in/out plus private check-in/out are standard. A safety deposit box is provided. Pets are free. Daily housekeeping is available at an extra charge. A lift serves the building. The host offers a paid shuttle service for airport transfers. The self-check-in process is flexible for late arrivals.
