Rooms facing the street or the football field can be noisy in the evening due to passers-by and sports activity; rooms at the back are quieter. The single room is compact, ideal for one night, while the double room offers a bit more space and storage. Lighting and natural light are generally good, though one room (number 2) is reportedly small and adjacent to bathroom pipes.

The guesthouse does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service, but the shared kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals - including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary cookware. Each guest has a dedicated shelf in the fridge and a cupboard for dry goods. Free coffee pods, tea, and filtered water are provided. Several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl) are within a 3-4 minute walk, and a handful of casual dining options - pizza, tapas, bocadillos - are about 0.5 km away. For a wider selection, walking 20 minutes into the city centre opens up many restaurants and bars. The lack of on-site breakfast is neutral for those who prefer to cook or buy local pastries from nearby bakeries.
