The apartment sits in a quiet, residential area with bus stops right outside the building, providing direct routes to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Public transport is efficient: the Piramide metro stop is about a 10-minute walk, and Roma Trastevere Train Station is 2 km away. Major landmarks like the Roman Forum (2 km), Largo di Torre Argentina (2 km), and Palazzo Venezia (2 km) are within a pleasant 20-25 minute walk or a short bus ride. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away. The immediate neighbourhood offers a supermarket just steps away and a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés along Via Amerigo Vespucci and Via Consolini, all within a 5-minute walk. The area is known for being safe and calm, with many services available.

The apartment provides generous space for groups or families, with a separate bedroom and a living room. Bedroom windows offer views of the Aventine Hill. The unit comes fully equipped: air conditioning, heating, a washing machine with a foldable drying rack, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked kitchen with all necessary cookware, utensils, and cleaning items. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds and bedding are comfortable. The apartment is on the third floor with lift access. The overall feel is clean, practical, and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after long days exploring Rome. The sofa bed in the living room means the sleeping configuration is suitable for two adults and two children, or three adults who are comfortable sharing.

The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and cleaning essentials such as dishcloths, allowing you to prepare and store meals. This option is particularly useful for budget-conscious travellers or those with dietary preferences. The surrounding Testaccio district offers many dining choices: over a dozen restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, serving authentic Roman cuisine, pizza, sushi, and more at quality prices. A small supermarket is right next to the building for groceries and essentials.
