FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES INDIANAPOLIS NORTHWEST, Zionsville

Rooms feature air conditioning and non-smoking designations, though smoking odors have occasionally been reported. The air conditioning unit is wall-mounted and can be noisy, and there is no bathroom exhaust fan, which may contribute to humidity and odors. Lighting in some rooms is dim, and closet space is limited. Bed comfort varies, with some finding mattresses low and uncomfortable while others describe them as very comfortable. Some rooms have musty or pet-related odors, especially on the first floor. Rooms near the elevator and highway are subject to noise from foot traffic and road sounds. To improve your experience, consider a room on an upper floor away from these areas.

The breakfast includes typical Fairfield Inn selections such as sausages, fresh strawberries, and other hot and cold items. The breakfast area can be cramped during peak times. Coffee is available throughout the day in the lobby. Several restaurants are within a short drive, and a Philadelphia Steak & Fries is 0.5 km away.

The indoor heated pool is open daily from 7:00 to 23:00 for guests aged 18 and older. The pool floor has a gritty texture. The fitness centre provides exercise equipment for guest use. No hot tub or spa is available.

WiFi is free throughout the hotel but can be unstable and slow for streaming. Free on-site private parking requires a reservation, which should be made in advance. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage and requests. Daily housekeeping is available but may require a request if service is missed. Laundry and dry cleaning are offered. The business centre is available for work needs. The elevators are slow and have been noted as outdated. Pets are allowed with possible charges, and some rooms are designated for pets, which may affect odor in those areas. Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
