LUXURY APARTMENT WITH VATICAN VIEWS, Rome

The apartment sits on a quiet, residential street that feels local and safe, yet is steps from major landmarks. Ottaviano Metro (line A) is a 4-minute walk, providing quick access to Termini station, Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum. St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo are within a short stroll. The neighbourhood is well-supplied with dozens of local restaurants, shops, bars, a covered market, and a supermarket - all within 5 minutes. Bus line 23 also stops nearby. Rome Ciampino Airport is 18 km away. The ground-floor café makes for an easy morning coffee stop before heading out.

The apartment is brand-new throughout, with high-quality finishes, parquet flooring, and excellent soundproofing on the windows - keeping street noise out during a Rome heatwave. It comprises one bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a living room with a sofa bed and dining table, and two full bathrooms with showers and bidets. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, and all cookware. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a tea and coffee maker. The pullout sofa is noted as surprisingly comfortable. The apartment is bright, clean, and ideal for families of up to four people.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and all essential cookware. Avoid dining out for every meal - the nearby supermarket and covered market make grocery shopping easy. Area restaurants within 0.5 km include Panino Divino, L'Isola della Pizza, Be.Re, L'Insalata Ricca, and several others. Caffe dei Papi on the corner is a popular choice for morning coffee and a cornetto. The neighbourhood is full of authentic, non-touristic dining options.

Additional charge: cooking classes and tours about local culture are available. The apartment's prime position makes St. Peter's Square an evening stroll away, often quiet and almost empty. The peaceful building and neighbourhood provide a serene base after a busy day of sightseeing, with the apartment's soundproofing and air conditioning ensuring rest.

The entire apartment and its separate entrance are exclusively for guests. Additional services include private check-in/out, invoice provision, and a friendly host who provides local tips and quick responses to questions. Babysitting and child services are available for an extra charge. The building has a lift, and security is maintained with key card and key access. No parking is available. The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The shared kitchen and lounge are building amenities but the apartment itself has its own fully equipped kitchen.
