The property sits between two attractive, lively neighbourhoods with shops, pubs, and a market within easy reach. Multiple tram lines are a few minutes' walk away, providing a 15-minute ride to the city centre. The Heineken Experience is 2 km away, and the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum are each 3 km from the apartment. Schiphol Airport is 13 km away. The area is well-served for dining, with several restaurants and a café within 0.5 km.

Accommodation

A spacious double room with a private bathroom, separate toilet, sofa bed, kitchenette, and two beds, suitable for up to four people.

The space is well designed and comfortably accommodates multiple people, with heating and non-smoking throughout. Note that the apartment is on the first floor accessed only by a steep staircase, so it may not suit those with mobility concerns.

Dining

The kitchenette allows guests to store breakfast items or prepare simple meals, with a fridge and coffee machine available. For dining out, the immediate area offers multiple options within 0.5 km, including Yuan's Hot Pot, Yamazato Restaurant, Warung Atika, Cafe de Rijnbar, Cafe Blek, Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka, Tulsi Indian Restaurant, and YoYo's ice corner.

Leisure

No dedicated wellness or leisure facilities on site, but the location provides easy access to Amsterdam's museums, parks, and canals.
The property does not include a pool, spa, or gym. Guests can walk or take a short tram ride to attractions such as the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Heineken Experience, and the lively Albert Cuypmarkt. The canal-side setting is pleasant for walks.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi throughout, no pets allowed, no lift, and paid public parking nearby (€5.50/hour). Luggage drop-off may be possible by arrangement.
Wi-Fi is free and reported to work well. Public parking is available near the property at €5.50 per hour, no reservation needed, but the area is best navigated by tram or on foot. Top Strategic Tips

  • 01

Request a room on a lower floor if steep stairs are a concern, as the apartment is accessed via a very steep staircase.

  • 02

Use the tram stop a short walk away for a 15-minute ride into central Amsterdam, avoiding car expenses and parking fees.

  • 03
