MAESTOSO LOCAZIONE TURISTICA, Rome

The neighbourhood is residential and safe, with supermarkets, cafés, bars and a daily street market in the immediate vicinity. Numerous restaurants-including Mithos Taverna dell'Allegria, Osteria all'Alberone and Pizzeria dal Bersagliere-are within a 5-minute walk, so dining options are plentiful without needing to travel. The metro connection (Line A) puts the historic centre, Vatican and major stations within easy reach, making car-free exploration straightforward. Via Appia Nuova's shops are just 100 metres away.

Four rooms are available: two with private bathrooms and two with shared bathrooms. The private bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer, while shared bathroom spaces are compact and some users have noted a narrow shower (approx. 50-60 cm). Private rooms have air conditioning; shared-bathroom rooms use a fan. Some rooms overlook a garden. Beds are described as spacious but firm, and wardrobes with storage are provided. The property is within a residential complex, and while some rooms are noted as quiet at night, thin walls mean noise from adjacent rooms can sometimes be heard. A few rooms may have slight odours, so opening windows can help ventilate.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. The nearby area has a range of dining spots-from casual pizzerias to trattorias-all within 300 metres, so eating out is easy. A popular local café (Cornettoland, about 5 minutes away) serves breakfast pastries and coffee, and a several other cafés are open in the morning. For self-catering, supermarkets and a daily fresh produce market are close by.

Wi-Fi is free and available in the public zones. A lift serves the upper floors, and the building has CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers for security. Reception is not staffed around the clock, but the host can usually be reached via message and is described as responsive and helpful. Luggage storage has been accommodated on request for early arrivals or late departures. The property provides an invoice for booking confirmations. No airport shuttle service or on-site parking exists, so arriving by metro or taxi is recommended.
