SUITES - GHIBELLINA 92, Florence

Piazza della Signoria is a 7-minute walk away, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore 700 metres, and the Uffizi Gallery 800 metres from the apartment. The Accademia Gallery is 13 minutes on foot, and the C2 bus stop right outside connects to Santa Maria Novella station in about 20 minutes. Florence Airport is 11 km away. The immediate area is full of restaurants and trattorias, while the street itself remains quiet at night, balancing central access with restful sleep.

The apartments come in one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. One-bedroom units include a living room, separate bedroom, and a bathroom, with 1 bed. The two-bedroom unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but the bathroom is accessible only through one of the bedrooms, which means occupants of the second bedroom must pass through the first to use it. All units feature a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and tea and coffee maker; a flat-screen TV; and a wardrobe. The interior-facing windows overlook a shared courtyard, which keeps noise from the street out but can let in sound from neighbouring units and the hallway. Rooms that are newly renovated feel clean and modern, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The single sofa bed in some units adds flexibility for a third guest. Windowless rooms to the exterior are not available; all units have some natural light, though exposure is to the inner courtyard only.

The kitchenette includes cookware, utensils, a tea and coffee maker (pod style), and a refrigerator. Several excellent eateries are within 300 metres: Koto Ramen, Enoteca Pinchiorri, Salumeria Verdi, PizzAgnolo, Ristorante Mamma Rosa, and Trattoria Osteria Da Que' Ganzi, among others. For theatregoers, Il Teatro is 0.5 km away. The street itself offers a range of dining options that are slightly less expensive than the immediate city centre.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. However, the Accademia Gallery is a 13-minute walk, Ponte Vecchio less than 1 km, and an ice-skating rink is in the surroundings. The apartment's central position makes it easy to explore the city's museums, historic sites, and shopping on foot.

Wi-Fi is free and reliable throughout the property. Self check-in uses a multi-code system for the building, flat, and room, with codes sent before arrival. Luggage storage is offered at no extra charge for early arrivals and after check-out, using lockable furniture in a common area. A washing machine is available in the hallway - note that it operates during the day and can be noisy. CCTV is present in common areas, and smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed. There is no parking; a nearby garage charges around €36 per night for a large vehicle. The property is on the first floor with one flight of stairs and no lift.
