MALAGA CENTER FLAT HISTORIC CENTER, Malaga

The property sits on a quiet residential street within the old town, putting the Cathedral, Larios Street, and the port with its many restaurants and shops all within a 5- to 10-minute walk. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away, and the Alameda bus stops are very close, making airport transfers straightforward without a car. A grocery shop and several cafés are within 300 metres. The area is lively yet the building itself remains calm, suitable for exploring the city entirely on foot.

Each unit is self-contained with a double bed (135x200 cm), a sofa bed (120x190 cm), a dining table, and a kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, and an electric kettle. The private bathroom has a shower, and a washing machine and dryer are provided. Bed linen, towels, and free toiletries are included. All units are air-conditioned and have heating, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area. The apartments have parquet floors and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms face an interior courtyard, so there is no outward view or balcony; this contributes to the quietness but also means limited natural light and less ventilation. The building has a lift. The sofa bed is firm, and the pillows are described as uncomfortable by some, so those with specific comfort needs may want to plan accordingly. Some units are laid out as open-plan studios; others have separate bedrooms, offering more privacy.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. A pizza place and a café are directly downstairs, and within a 5-minute walk there are numerous bars and restaurants along Larios Street and the port area. The kitchen in each unit is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a dining area, making self-catering practical for short stays. A grocery shop is within a short walk for supplies.
