The area is considered safe and quiet, but the street immediately around the building can be littered. The location is well suited for travellers arriving by car or using public transport, less so for those wanting to explore the centre exclusively on foot.

Rooms are compact and functional, designed primarily as a convenient base for short stays or travellers spending most of their time out. Each studio includes a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning (with no night mode), heating, parquet floors, a work desk, flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe.
