MALASANA 51, NEW, CENTER, QUITE, PARKING ON REQUEST, Malaga

Malasaña 51 sits on a calm residential street in central Málaga. The historic core, including key museums, is 1-2 km away - a comfortable walk. The nearest supermarket is 100 metres; several restaurants and bus stops are within a few minutes' walk. The train station is 2 km away, and the airport is directly reachable by train or taxi (a pre-arranged taxi from the airport costs €33). Some windows face the street, so rooms at the back or with closed windows are quieter. The beach is about 25 minutes on foot.

Each unit is a studio or one-bedroom apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cookware), a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower. The one-bedroom layout includes a separate living room and bedroom; some studios have a mezzanine sleeping area. Bedrooms are generally quiet and well soundproofed. The overall feel is clean, well maintained, and practical for a city break. Upper-floor units and those with a terrace offer a private outdoor space, while the rooftop terrace is shared among up to four apartments.

Breakfast is included and delivered each morning in a bag placed outside the apartment: typically a pastry, fruit, juice, and coffee pods. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates, cutlery, and appliances (fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster), making it easy to prepare your own meals. Several cafes and restaurants (e.g., Papulinos, La Carpa, Marisqueria Miguel) are within a 5-minute walk, and two supermarkets are around the corner for groceries.

The upper-level terrace is a shared space with sun loungers, wicker furniture, and a parasol. It is equipped with a charcoal BBQ grill, a sink, and a shower - ideal for an afternoon sunbathe or an evening meal outdoors. The terrace gets sun from around 8am to 4pm. Indoors, the apartment includes free WiFi and a flat-screen TV.
