MARCONI 94 - APARTMENT&PRIVATE ROOMS, Rome

The apartment sits on Viale Marconi, a main road with regular buses to central Rome (around 15-20 minutes to the historic core). The Roma Trastevere train station is within walking distance, offering easy rail connections to other parts of the city and the airport. Numerous cafes, bakeries, minimarkets, and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. The neighbourhood is busy but safe, and public transport makes car-free exploration possible. For airport transfers, the frequent trains from Trastevere station are a reliable option; the property also offers a paid shuttle (€50 one way, reservation required).

Rooms are clean and simply furnished, each with a comfortable bed, desk, flat-screen TV, and wardrobe. Some rooms include a balcony. A well-equipped shared kitchen with a stovetop, fridge, oven, and washing machine is available. The rooms feature soundproofing, but some road-facing windows may not close fully, so traffic noise can be an issue for light sleepers; a quiet room away from the street is advisable if possible. The building has a lift. Room 3 is noted as having a private bathroom, while the description of some other rooms mentions a shared bathroom; double-check the exact booking details to avoid confusion.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The property has a shared lounge/TV area and a fully equipped shared kitchen with a washing machine. Parking is available at a nearby public garage for €20 per day (no reservation needed). A paid airport shuttle can be arranged (€50 one way, reservation required). Additional services include dry cleaning and ironing at an extra cost, as well as babysitting/child services. There is no permanent reception; check-in is by arrangement, and key collection may involve waiting.
