The neighbourhood is calm and secure, with an Italian supermarket directly across the street and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Bus stops for lines 2 and 3 are just around the corner, providing a direct 20-minute ride to the city centre. Altona train station is a 7-minute taxi ride away, and Ottensen S-Bahn station is a 12-minute walk. The area is well-suited for car access via the highway, and free street parking is sometimes available. The location is also convenient for attending events at the nearby Volksparkstadion.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and newly furnished, with parquet flooring, comfortable beds, and high-quality amenities. Each unit includes a flat-screen TV, a seating area, a dining table, and a well-stocked kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, and basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee). A separate toilet from the shower is a common layout, useful for families or groups.
