The surrounding area is industrial and quiet at night, with a supermarket and park within a 15-minute walk.

Rooms are designed for short stays: the double room has two beds, the twin room offers two separate beds, and family rooms include a bunk bed for children under 12. The private bathroom has a separate toilet and shower cubicle; the sink is located in the main room, not behind a door. There is no wardrobe - only a short hanging rail. Soundproofing is effective against street noise, but internal corridor sounds can be heard. Rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter. No kitchen, kettle, fridge, hair dryer, or balcony is provided.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, juice, and fruits. Children under 6 eat free, and those aged 6-12 pay 6.75 EUR.
