The location is ideal for transit travellers: Barcelona Sants station is right outside, offering direct trains to El Prat airport (18 minutes) and the city centre in 10 minutes. Plaça d'Espanya and Fira Barcelona are a 20-minute walk, Camp Nou a 20-minute walk, and Sagrada Familia a 20-minute metro ride. The residential neighbourhood is generally quiet at night, except during local festivals like Festa Major de Sants. Numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including Ca La Morena, Restaurante Carmen, and Bar Restaurant Phi (all 0.5 km). The area is safe and well-served by public transport, with metro lines L3 and L5 a few minutes away.

All rooms are non-smoking and feature air conditioning, heating, tiled floors, and lift access. Each bed includes an individual reading light, a small shelf, and a power socket. Free secure lockers with keycard locks are provided. Private rooms have a private shower and toilet; dormitory bathrooms in the 6-bed configuration have separate shower, toilet, and double sink for simultaneous use. Bed linen is included; towels cost €2 to rent. Rooms are generally quiet, but noise from adjoining rooms can be audible at times. Private rooms are spacious enough for large suitcases and feature tall lockers. Bunk beds are suitable for standard use but note they are narrow. Some rooms may have two sets of bunk beds, even when booked as a private room. Housekeeping is basic; personal toiletries should be brought.

Some room rates include a basic continental breakfast - confirm at booking. The property does not operate a restaurant, café, or kitchen. The immediate area around Sants station offers numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés serving Spanish and international cuisine, all within 0.5 km. Options include Ca La Morena, Restaurante Carmen, Restaurante La Tarantula, and Mes K Tapes. For self-catering, no kitchen is available, but nearby supermarkets can be found.

The hostel provides free WiFi throughout. The building has a lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities, including a toilet with grab rails.
