METRO CHANDLER EXTENDED STAY, Chandler

The apartment sits within a practical suburban area of Chandler, with Phoenix Zoo (18 km) and Mystery Castle (23 km) within a reasonable drive. Several fast-food and casual dining options-including Wingstop, Wendy's, and Ocean Blue Caribbean Restaurant and Bar-are within 0.5 km on foot, so grabbing a quick meal is easy. For longer trips, the Phoenix Convention Center is 26 km away. The property's free on-site parking is a clear advantage for those arriving by car, though trailer vehicles cannot park on site. Public transport options are limited, so a car is recommended for most guests.

The apartment offers a private entrance, one bedroom with one bed, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker, allowing self-catering throughout the stay. A washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, and a TV with cable channels add practical convenience, while the patio and barbecue provide an outdoor area. Guest reports indicate the property is older with furnishings that show wear, and cleanliness has been inconsistent across units, with reports of dust, mold, and pest issues.

The property does not offer a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. The in-room kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, and tea and coffee maker-everything needed to prepare full meals. For those who prefer eating out, several quick-service and casual restaurants are within a short walk: Wingstop and Wendy's are 0.5 km away, and Ocean Blue Caribbean Restaurant and Bar, Fresh Millions, Yogis Grill, and Queen's Bowl Chinese Food are all within 0.5 km. Guests who plan to cook should confirm kitchen cleanliness upon arrival.

The property provides complimentary access to both the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness centre. These facilities are included in the stay cost and offer a basic leisure option without additional fees. The pool is seasonal in practice-guests should confirm current availability during their booking period.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Free public parking is available on site without reservation (no trailer parking permitted). Pets are allowed, though additional charges may apply. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, Carte Blanche, and MasterCard. A deposit is required at check-in, and early check-in may incur a surcharge. Guest reports note that door codes and building access have experienced reliability issues, and that responses to maintenance requests-especially pest problems and hot water-have been delayed.
