THE JOY SEDONA - BED & BREAKFAST AND LUXURY CREEKSIDE CABINS, Sedona

The property sits against a red rock wall bordering Coconino National Forest, offering direct access to hiking trails. Downtown Sedona is a 5-minute drive, while Chapel of the Holy Cross is 8 km away. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is 40 km, and Phoenix Sky Harbor is about 2.5 hours by car. The highway 89A is narrow with no sidewalks, so walking to town is not recommended. Free parking on-site makes exploring by car straightforward.

Rooms feature king-size Beautyrest mattresses, crisp white linens, and fluffy down pillows. Each suite includes a private entrance, air conditioning, a fireplace, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV with HBO, free WiFi, and a mini fridge. Bathrooms are private with showers, robes, and hairdryers; some rooms have jetted soaking tubs. Creekside cabins add a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and cookware. The decor blends Southwestern and elegant touches, with hardwood floors and large windows. Rooms are quiet and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and fresh cookies provided. Upper-floor rooms offer sweeping views, while ground-floor cabins have direct patio access to the creek.

Breakfast is a multi-course affair with sweet and savory options, served either in the communal dining room or delivered to your room or patio. Special diets such as egg-white-only or vegetarian are available upon request. The menu changes daily, with options like avocado toast, bacon, and fresh juice. A grazing board with local items like prickly pear jam can be pre-ordered for an additional fee. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but Uptown Sedona offers many dining options within a short drive.

Each suite has a private outdoor hot tub for two, perfect for stargazing at night. The property provides exclusive access to a neighboring beach on Oak Creek, where guests can swim, relax, or use a pedal boat. A private trail leads to the summit of Joy Mountain, offering sunrise and sunset views over the red rocks. The grounds also include a garden, outdoor fireplace, picnic area, and a games room with board games. Fishing is available in Oak Creek, and the surrounding area offers world-class hiking, jeep tours, and hot air balloon rides.
