The accommodation is clean and functionally furnished, with new(ish) IKEA-style furniture, a dining area, and plenty of storage. Units vary: some have a washing machine, some do not - check the specific room details. The bed is standard European size (200 cm length, 140 cm width in many units). Mattresses are often reported as soft or sagging, which may not suit everyone. Noise insulation is minimal: thin walls mean noise from neighbours and the elevator can be heard. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter. There is no air conditioning and no fans - summer conditions can be uncomfortably hot. Windows provide a quiet street view or an inner courtyard view. All rooms are non-smoking. The bathrooms are private with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Cleaning is not done during the stay unless requested.

The apartments include a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, oven (some have a dishwasher instead of an oven), and basic cookware - suitable for preparing simple meals. There is no microwave.
