This apartment offers a prime base for exploring Valencia's historic centre. The Quart Towers are a 4-minute walk, and the main square and Mercado Central are 10-15 minutes on foot. Angel Guimerà Metro Station (Lines 3 and 5) is a 5-minute walk, providing direct service to Valencia Airport (8 km). A supermarket is directly across the street, and numerous restaurants and bars are within 300 metres. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet yet central, making it easy to reach all major attractions without a car. Parking is not available on site, but public lots in the area cost roughly €20-€25 per day.

The apartment features a double bed in a separate bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to four people. The kitchen is complete with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. A washing machine, flat-screen TV, seating and dining areas are included. Some units have a balcony or terrace. The bathroom is windowless and may have limited ventilation. Noise can be an issue: the building entrance and lift produce slamming sounds, and street noise penetrates when windows are open. A light sleeper may prefer an upper-floor room. The apartment is on floors 1-3 and accessed by lift.

There is no on-site pool, spa, or fitness centre. However, many of Valencia's main attractions, such as the Central Market, the Cathedral, and the City of Arts and Sciences (a 25-minute walk or short bus/metro ride), are easily reachable. The beach is 7 km away and can be accessed by bus or metro. A terrace or balcony is available in some units for relaxing outdoors.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. Self check-in is standard, and staff can be reached via WhatsApp. Luggage storage can be arranged at a partner hotel nearby, helpful for early arrivals or late departures. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged for a direct transfer. Bike rental is also available for an additional fee. The front desk provides a tour desk. There is no on-site parking, but public lots are within walking distance. The building has a lift and is non-smoking. A security deposit of €150 is required, refunded after checkout. Cleaning supplies (broom, dustpan) are available on the mezzanine floor.
