MH APARTMENTS SANT PAU, Barcelona

The apartments range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom duplexes, all with a separate lounge-diner and a sofa bed. Floor plans vary, so check the specific unit layout at booking. The apartments are modern with parquet flooring, soundproofed rooms, flat-screen TV, and fully equipped kitchens including an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel are provided. Many units are spacious and well-suited for families or groups. However, some ground-floor apartments (Unit 00) face a basement-level courtyard and can suffer from humidity, low light, and noise. A lift serves the building, and specific apartment features (like balcony) depend on the unit selected.

Wellness and leisure facilities are not available within the building. However, the central location puts guests within a short walk of the lively Gràcia district, Sagrada Família, and multiple parks and squares. The Hospital de Sant Pau is a beautiful historic site to explore. Metro connections easily reach the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, and the beach at Barceloneta (about 20 minutes by metro). The neighbourhood itself offers a relaxed, non-touristy atmosphere with local cafés and green spaces nearby.

WiFi is free throughout the property. Express check-in and check-out is done via a self-service kiosk in the lobby, which is available 24/7 and accepts debit cards with a PIN. Luggage storage is available in lockers in the lobby, free of charge, both before check-in and after checkout. The building has a lift. Safety features include CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided on request. There is no on-site parking, but public parking is available 300 m away at about €25 per day. The staff can assist with booking taxis to the airport. No pets are allowed, and the entire building is non-smoking.
