FLATELI 430 BCN, Barcelona

The property sits in a highly rated area of Barcelona - within easy walking distance of Casa Batlló and La Pedrera (both 1 km). Two metro stations (Girona and Tetuan) are about 7-8 minutes on foot, providing fast connections to the city centre and the Gothic Quarter. A large supermarket, fruit shop, pharmacy, and multiple restaurants are within 100-300 metres. The North bus station (Estació del Nord) is also close, making regional travel convenient. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 14 km away; taking the Aerobus to Plaça de Catalunya then walking or taking a short metro ride works well. The surrounding streets are quiet at night, well suited for resting after a day of sightseeing.

Breakfast is not served at the property, but the apartment kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine for preparing meals. A large supermarket is just around the corner, making grocery shopping easy. Several restaurants, including Sam Bu Ja (Japanese), Barriguita, and Casa Muyo, are within a 300-metre walk, as is a bakery providing fresh bread and pastries. For a wider selection, the many cafes and eateries along nearby streets offer everything from coffee to full dinners. The kitchen is better suited for simple breakfasts and snacks rather than elaborate cooking.

The nearest beach, Playa de Bogatell, is within a 30-minute walk or a quick metro ride, and Ciutadella Park is close for jogging or relaxing outdoors. The apartment is also 5-10 minutes from a sports complex and a school sports field. For most travellers, the main leisure activities in this area are walking to landmarks, enjoying the local cafes, and using the free rooftop laundry service.

WiFi is free and reliable. The building has a lift to all five floors and a common rooftop laundry room with washer and dryer (free use, own detergent required).
