The immediate surroundings are well served with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within a block. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe, and is well-connected by bus and metro. Car travel is not recommended due to tight parking; using an app-based parking service is the practical option.

Each apartment offers two twin bedrooms (beds can be joined for a double if requested in advance), a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a living area with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining table. The kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and Italian coffee maker (ground coffee needed). The apartments are either street-facing - bright with natural light - or courtyard-facing, which tends to be quieter. All bedrooms have individual air-conditioning units; recent replacements have resolved past noise issues. The bathrooms are modern, though some apartments provide only a main bathroom rather than ensuite facilities. There is no swimming pool or spa on site. The rooftop terrace is accessible to all apartments and is a good spot for relaxing, with outdoor tables and chairs.
