MIAMI BEACH APARTMENTS BY MIARENTALS, Miami Beach

The property sits directly on the beachfront, meaning you can walk out of the building and onto the sand in seconds. The free Miami Beach trolley bus stops at the entrance and connects to South Beach, North Beach, and the Art Deco District (6 km away). The Bass Museum of Art is 5 km south, the Miami Beach Convention Center is 5 km away, and La Gorce Golf Course is 6 minutes by car. Several restaurants, including Hoshi and Sushi Asian Cuisine, Blu Gin Lounge, and Lola Restaurant & Grill, are within 0.3-0.5 km. The on-site minimarket and nearby Walgreens make self-catering shopping easy on foot. The location is midway between South Beach and North Beach, making it practical for exploring both sides without always needing a car.

The heated outdoor swimming pool is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 and comes with free sun loungers and pool/beach towels. The spa & wellness centre (additional charge) includes a hammam, solarium, massage services, and a hot spring bath. The fitness centre is free and open 24 hours, though some equipment has been reported as inoperable. There is a tennis court on site (free, but court access requires staff to unlock it; be prepared for a short wait). The building provides direct access to the beach, and beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the property. For those wanting to explore further, a minimarket in the lobby sells beach gear, and bike rentals are available on the ground floor.

High-speed Wi-Fi is free in all apartments, though connectivity has been reported as unreliable in some rooms. Free valet parking is included for one car per apartment - a reservation is required at booking. Valet wait times can be long (up to 30-45 minutes during peak times), so plan departures accordingly. The 24-hour front desk has an ATM on site and a tour desk. A minimarket on the ground floor sells basic groceries, snacks, and beach supplies. Car hire and bike rental are available on site. Laundry services (washing and drying) come at an additional charge. Air conditioning is free and available throughout the property. The building has a lift and is equipped for disabled guests. Smoke alarms, 24-hour security, CCTV, and safety deposit boxes are provided. No pets are allowed. The property does not offer an airport shuttle.
