WYNDHAM I-DRIVE AVANTI RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTER, Orlando

The position on International Drive puts the resort in the middle of Orlando's entertainment corridor. The I-Ride Trolley Red Line stops directly outside, running every 20 minutes from 8:00am to 10:30pm, and passes must be purchased in advance. The Orange County Convention Center is under 2 km away, while Camping World Stadium and the Kia Center are a short drive. Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is 14 km away, Animal Kingdom is 22 km, and Orlando International Airport is roughly 20-30 minutes by road. ICON Park is 2 km away with the Orlando Eye, and two Premium Outlet locations are close by. A cluster of casual restaurants, including Kings Pizza, Mr. Sushi Express, Bubble & Co Tea Bar and Chili's, sits within 0.3-0.5 km.

The room mix includes Deluxe King and Double Queen rooms, Garden Superior rooms, and Tower Deluxe, Superior and Premium categories. Double Queen rooms sleep up to four and King rooms sleep two. Every room has air conditioning, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, safe and flat-screen cable TV, and bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. Tower rooms are about 9 m² larger and include a small table and two chairs, while Tower Superior and Premium units look out over Volcano Bay, the pool or International Drive; pool-view rooms cost extra. Connecting King and Queen rooms are available, but there are no balconies, and windows do not open. Some rooms open onto outdoor corridors, and room condition varies by building. Highway-facing rooms and rooms near ice machines can be noisy, so it is worth noting preferences when reserving.

Breakfast is not included in standard rates; the café serves breakfast à la carte from 7:00am to 11:00am, with most items roughly $5-$12. Some packages include a grab-and-go breakfast voucher with a limited choice of one drink and one dish, and the Book Direct and Save package includes two breakfasts per day. The Marketplace Café & Grill also serves lunch and dinner, offers gluten-free options, and has a Starbucks counter. The Poolside Bar & Grill handles lunch, dinner and cocktail hour with food and drinks beside the pool. Avanti Sports Bar & Games opens at 5:30pm and offers pub-style plates, draught beer, cocktails, large-screen TVs, billiards, foosball and shuffleboard. The Tower Barista pours Starbucks coffee with grab-and-go items, and the market sells snacks and essentials. Room service is not currently offered.

The outdoor pool area is open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm, weather permitting, and is heated to 28.9 °C when outside temperatures dip. Pool towels, sun loungers, umbrellas and a shallow end are provided, and the poolside bar serves food and drinks during opening hours. A hot tub operates year-round, and the kids' pool makes the complex practical for families. The game room near the pool is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm and includes arcade games. The fitness centre is open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm with strength and cardio equipment. There is no spa and no water slide. The pool deck also doubles as an outdoor event space for up to 250 people.

Free private self-parking is available on site without a reservation, and Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can store luggage before check-in, arrange tickets, and accept packages sent up to 30 days before arrival. Pre-arrival orders for cakes, flowers, chocolate-covered strawberries and fruit platters can be arranged. Services include a business centre, meeting rooms, self-service laundry with washers and dryers, dry-cleaning, a minimarket, ATM and safety deposit boxes. Payment can be made in cash, but a debit or credit card is required for the incidental hold; American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard are accepted. Accessibility features include ADA rooms with lowered counters, wide doors, accessible bathrooms, some roll-in showers, accessible parking and elevators, though some two-storey garden buildings are stair-access only. Pets are accepted in designated Garden-building rooms, with bag stations on the grounds. The theme-park shuttle serves Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World and SeaWorld, but does not run to the airport, Convention Center, Kia Center or cruise ports. The Conference Center offers a 900 m² ballroom divisible into five sections, a 300 m² ballroom, five meeting rooms and capacity for 10 to 1500 people.
