The residence is a 15-20 minute bus ride from Seville's historic centre via line 37, which stops directly outside. Single tickets cost €1.40. It is also a 30-minute walk to the centre through pleasant streets, passing Maria Luisa Park (3 km) and the Royal Alcázar (4 km). The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, located next to Real Betis stadium, with several supermarket and dining options within a 5-minute walk - including a Carrefour and restaurants across the street. The airport is about 20 minutes away by taxi or Uber. On-street parking is available nearby if the paid on-site parking is full. The area is well lit and felt safe.

The residence offers single, double, triple, and suite-style rooms, all with a private bathroom (bath or shower). Each room includes air conditioning (though some units have reported the AC being switched off centrally overnight), a kitchenette with a two-burner hob, microwave, and mini-fridge - but no utensils, plates, cups, or pots. Rooms come with a desk, chair, wardrobe with hangers, and a full-length mirror. Beds are mostly single-width; mattresses vary in firmness and some are described as flimsy or noisy. Road-facing rooms can be noisy from student corridor activity, slamming doors, and late-night gatherings. Sound insulation between rooms and corridors is limited. Towels and bed linen are provided, but no duvets or additional blankets - only sheets.

No on-site dining is available apart from vending machines in the entry hall. Each room has a kitchenette with hob, microwave, and fridge - useful for preparing simple meals if you bring your own utensils and crockery. A Carrefour supermarket is a few blocks away for groceries. Across the street from the residence, a café serves breakfast for around €6, and several other casual dining options - including a pizzeria, a bar, and a restaurant - are within 0.5-1 km. The location is well suited for self-catering and budget travellers who prefer to eat out or cook.
