MILAZZO SUITES, Rome

Milazzo Suites sits in the heart of Rome, just a five-minute walk from Roma Termini train and metro stations, giving direct access to the city centre, Vatican, and Fiumicino Airport via Leonardo Express. The area around Termini is very central, with Sapienza University 8 minutes away and Piazza Barberini 2 km. While the location is ideal for transport and sightseeing, the immediate vicinity around the station can feel less secure late at night, so travellers on foot after dark are best advised to walk with awareness. Several casual restaurants, pizzerias, and ethnic eateries are within a few blocks, making self-catered meals easy to find. The airport (Ciampino) is 14 km away, easily reached by train or shuttle.

Rooms at Milazzo Suites offer practical comfort with air conditioning, a seating area, minibar, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, wardrobe, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The quadruple room sleeps 3 in separate beds, the triple has 2 beds, and the twin/double has 1 bed - all with private bathrooms featuring a shower and bidet. Room sizes are generally spacious, and the property has a lift for easy access. Some rooms may experience noise from the hallway or neighbouring rooms, and tobacco odour has been noted in certain units. Travellers preferring a quiet, smoke-free environment should request a well-ventilated room on a higher floor or away from communal areas. The building has an older feel but rooms are fitted with modern amenities and are kept clean.

Breakfast is offered for an additional €6 per person and includes Italian and Halal options. It is served at a nearby bar rather than inside the hotel, and may not be available on Sundays - those staying over a weekend should confirm weekday availability and consider having a backup plan. The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of dining options within a short walk: Indian, Italian trattorias, pizzerias, and casual eateries such as New Delhi Indian Restaurant, Mamma Angela Trattoria, and Ristorante Pizzeria Andrea - all around 0.5 km away. For guests who prefer to eat in, room service is available, and a minimarket on site can supply snacks and drinks.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Daily housekeeping, ironing service, and room service are provided. A paid airport shuttle covers both pick-up and drop-off. Express check-in/check-out is available for an additional charge. Luggage storage is offered but costs €5 per hour after a certain time; storing luggage for extended periods (e.g., weeks) is not possible. The property has a lift, designated smoking areas, and key-card access for security. Heating is available but may not be operational at night in all rooms - light sleepers should bring extra layers during colder months. Payment is accepted by Visa and MasterCard; city tax is payable in cash at check-in. The building has CCTV and smoke alarms.
