The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet, with a condominium garden setting and limited street traffic. Two dining options are within a 5-minute walk: Old Tenconi Pub (0.5 km) and Osteria Ippodromo (0.5 km). A large supermarket is 400 m away, and La Maura hippodrome is 500 m from the property.
