The immediate neighbourhood is quiet with few attractions, but the metro compensates. A LIDL supermarket is a 15-minute walk, and several restaurants (0.3-0.5 km) are nearby.

Room sizes vary: some are described as spacious while others are compact. Heating is present but may struggle in very cold weather; air conditioning is available but remote controls are not always supplied - request one at check-in. Sound insulation is limited - thin walls and traffic noise can be noticeable, especially in street-facing rooms. Daily housekeeping provides fresh towels. Beds are firm, which suits some but not all. Rooms lack refrigerators. Overall, the accommodation is functional for short budget stays, particularly for those attending nearby events or needing a practical base.
