MODERN CITY CENTRE ROOMS, Dublin

The property is on a main road so road-facing rooms can be noisy. The area is residential and considered safe, with a supermarket across the street and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. City centre attractions like Trinity College and Croke Park Stadium are within 2 km, and Temple Bar is a 20-to-30-minute walk. A bus stop is directly outside and a tram stop is nearby, making car-free city access easy. Dublin Airport is 9 km away.

Twin rooms with shared bathrooms are compact and basic, featuring little more than beds and storage. Private-bathroom options offer more space and include a shower. Some triple rooms have three single beds and a private bathroom. Sound insulation is poor throughout: internal noise from doors, footsteps, and conversations carries easily. Road-facing rooms can be very noisy. Some rooms may have limited control over temperature. Bed quality is mixed, with some reporting comfortable mattresses and others finding them lumpy or springy.

Breakfast supplies include bread, croissants, cereals, spreads (jam, Nutella, butter), fresh fruit, tea, and coffee. The breakfast area is the shared kitchen, which has ovens, a microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. Labelled fridge storage is provided. For a varied breakfast, guests can purchase fresh produce at the supermarket across the street and cook in the kitchen.

The property offers a terrace with outdoor furniture and a picnic area, plus a shared lounge with a TV. These provide casual social and relaxation spaces.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and reported as fast. Free public parking is possible on a nearby street with no reservation needed. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge. The property has a shared kitchen and a shared lounge. Check-in is self-service via a door code sent in advance. Luggage can be stored in the common area. The property has CCTV in common areas and key access. There is no on-site reception; the host communicates via messaging and provides detailed local recommendations.
