URBAN COMFORT CONNECT AND METRO APARTMENT, Madrid

The apartment sits in a quiet residential area with local cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket within a short walk. It is close to the Intercambiador de América transport hub, which connects directly to the airport and the city centre via metro and bus services. Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum is 5 km away and Plaza Mayor is 7 km. The ground-floor access is step-free, making luggage easier to handle, but the street-level position means the front rooms are exposed to passing pedestrian and traffic noise.

The confirmed configuration is one living room, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has two single beds. The main bed has been noted as comfortable, but the sofa bed and some single beds have firm or uneven mattresses. One single bed may rest directly on the floor due to broken legs. The apartment includes air conditioning, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a TV. The TV functionality has been unreliable. The second bedroom is compact and has no window or external ventilation. The ground-floor position with no blinds in some windows lets in street light and noise. The unit is basic and practical for short overnight stays but less suited for extended comfort.

The kitchen includes a toaster, coffee machine, fridge, and cooking hob, along with basic cookware. Nearby restaurants include El Pinchito restaurante bar (0.5 km) and Swad Indian Restaurant (0.5 km), plus a supermarket within a short walk for groceries and essentials.

WiFi is available free of charge throughout the apartment. The keyless code entry allows flexible self check-in, which is convenient for late arrivals or early departures. The ground-floor location with no stairs makes it easy to bring luggage in and out. No parking is provided, which may require reliance on metro or bus for local trips. One bedroom and the bathroom have no windows, so the only ventilation comes from the living area.
