MODERN STUDIO IN PRAGUE 7, Prague

The apartment sits in a peaceful residential area on the left bank of the Vltava River, close to Stromovka Park and the riverbank for jogging or walks. The nearest tram stop is a 5-minute walk, with one stop to the metro station for connections to the historic centre - a car-free way to reach Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. For drivers, public parking is available on site at an hourly fee. The location suits travellers who prefer a local neighbourhood feel over the tourist bustle of the centre.

This clean and practical studio apartment feels larger than typical due to the thoughtful layout, with the double bed separated from the sofa and dining area. The large double bed is comfortable, and the long sofa can accommodate a second person. The private bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Room amenities include heating, parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, and a tea and coffee maker. The apartment is suitable for up to two people, with the sofa providing extra sleeping space for one. The building has a lift and a secure entrance.

The apartment does not include a restaurant or breakfast service, but the kitchen - with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and kitchenware - is ideal for preparing meals. A dining table with two chairs offers a comfortable spot. Several eateries are within a 5-minute walk, including The Eatery, Chinese restaurant Cisarska zahrada, 7 Tacos Steak and Grill, Puzzle Salads, and Marine Mare, for those wanting to dine out.

The neighbourhood supports outdoor activities including hiking and cycling (off-site), with Stromovka Park nearby for runs or walks. On-site leisure includes a children's playground for families and the possibility of pub crawls (additional charge). Bowling and golf (within 3 km) are also available at extra cost.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The building features a lift, a minimarket, and a barber/beauty shop on site. Private check-in and check-out services provide arrival flexibility. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. The property is adults only and non-smoking throughout, with smoke alarms and facilities for disabled guests (including a lower bathroom sink). Accessible parking is available on site (hourly paid).
