Notre-Dame and the Seine are approximately 1 km on foot. The Châtelet - Les Halles RER station is 50 metres away, offering direct lines to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports as well as Disneyland Paris. The immediate area is densely packed with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and shops, including the large Westfield Forum des Halles shopping centre. The central location means nightlife noise from bars and restaurants can be significant, especially on weekends, with activity continuing until around 2:00-3:00. The building has a secure entry with a digicode.

Studios are compact and best suited for one or two people. Each unit features a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries; a kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker; a flat-screen TV; soundproof walls; and city-view windows. The sleeping setup includes a double bed and a sofa bed (the sofa pulls out into a mattress). Fixtures and furniture may show wear, including peeling sofa coverings and minor damage, and the bathroom can feel very small and has no ventilation fan. Air conditioning is not present; a fan is available. Some rooms have undergone renovation and may appear fresher. The narrow spiral staircase and lack of a lift mean mobility with heavy luggage or young children requires careful planning.

There is no restaurant or breakfast provision at the property. Each studio is equipped with a kitchen (stovetop, microwave, fridge, cookware, electric kettle) for preparing meals. The location is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and grocery stores - at least eight eateries are within a 300-metre walk, including Italian, French and Belgian options. The nearby Les Halles district offers a wide range of dining for all tastes and budgets.
