The hotel sits on Cité Bergère, a peaceful, pedestrian-friendly lane in the 9th arrondissement. Grands Boulevards metro station (lines 8 and 9) is a 2-minute walk, with bus lines 20, 39, 48, 67, 74 and 85 also nearby. Many of Paris's top sights-the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Notre-Dame, Opéra Garnier, and the Champs-Élysées-are within a 15-30 minute walk or a short metro ride. The neighbourhood is packed with restaurants, brasseries, and bakeries, including the historic Bouillon Chartier 30 metres away. The Eiffel Tower is about 30 minutes away by metro.

Rooms have been fully renovated with modern furniture, comfortable beds, and soundproofing. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, a minibar, a safe, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer. Prestige Double rooms have a Nespresso machine and a welcome plate with a kettle. Some rooms have balconies with a table and chairs. Family rooms are spacious with a queen bed and two single beds. Adjacent rooms (side-by-side, not connected) are available for larger groups. Note that room sizes vary: some rooms are compact, while renovated family and prestige rooms are described as spacious. The hotel has two lifts serving all 6 floors. The Prestige Double on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
