The studio is a 5-minute walk from Bobo Beach and a 14-minute walk from Siam Park. Aqualand is 1 km away, and Tenerife South Airport is 17 km. The bus stop right next door provides cheap links to the airport and local sights. Dozens of dining options - including Calypso Cafe Bar, Rincon Armenio, and Carlos Bar Restaurante - are within a 5-minute walk. The seafront and the best beaches are also easily reachable on foot.

The studio provides air-conditioning, a private balcony with direct sea and pool views (ideal for watching the sunset), and two beds - a main double and a sofa bed. The private bathroom includes a shower and free toiletries. The kitchen comes with a microwave, electric kettle, cookware, utensils, and plenty of dishes for cooking. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available. The unit is spacious enough for two people to move around comfortably.

Inside the studio, the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric kettle and cookware lets you prepare your own meals. The property features a year-round outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and garden furniture. The pool is pleasant for a daily swim and overlooks the sea. Beach lovers can walk 5-8 minutes to Bobo Beach. Additional nearby activities include golf (within 3 km, additional charge), a water park (off-site, additional charge), hiking, cycling, canoeing, and windsurfing. Towels for the pool are provided.
